2009 has been a very awesome year. met awesome people and everything. (shall do this in another post)
So i've heard it from the reader's POV and this will be where questions will be answered.
1. whats the point of having a blog that has a lot of reader but no substance? since people come and go...its substance that people want to read and that attracts readers...
2. can those crap you write influence people?
so substance is define as real stuff that people come for. hmm...and attracting readers should means loyal ones...hmmm...
generally there are many types of blog:
1. Personal blogs
2. Corporate and organizational blogs
3. By genre ( political blogs, travel blogs , house blogs, fashion blogs, project blogs, education blogs, niche blogs, classical music blogs, quizzing blogs and legal blogs, art blogs and music blogs. )
4. By media type ( vlog, linklog, sketchblog, photoblog, tumblelogs.)
however i would like to categorise blogs only into 4 categories.
-For fun/interest
-For Money
and
- Informative
- Expressive
i blog for all the purposes mentioned above. And since substance is defined as things like deep thoughts and meaningful or inspiring words or real stuff that people that people go for...i have nothing much to say. all i can say is, here it's more of a photoblog, tumblelog*, and not so much of a diary typed personal blog. if its considered as personal its also in photo forms :)
note : Tumblog is a form of blogging. A tumblog differs from a traditional blog in that its content is typically much smaller, in both actual size and aggregate file size. A tumblog entry could consist of nothing but a short sentence fragment, or an image or embedded video.

back to the questions,
whats the point?
for money. if you do not know, there are valuable things and information in this blog that is why people keeps visiting here. people come, they get what they want and need to know then leaves. any problem with that? they happy i also happy :)
loyal readers?
yeah i have them i suppose...but there is also always the bookmark tab/button on your browser which is MUCH more easier COMPARED TO following. By following, if i really want to be updated with someone elses' blog, i HAVE TO LOG ON TO BLOGGER.COM then only can see who has updated their blog. Not to mention having to log on to follow them as well. So really to me i dont care if i have followers as long as i get bookmarked (if there are any) :P
This issue will not occur if my settings are set to always logged on.
True. HOWEVER it's not safe anymore to leave your personal computer with accounts not logged off. Not safe from trusted friends that will betray you. I have a list on the side where i can see friends of mine who had just updated their blogs. Thus saving my valuable time logging into blogger. anyways i dont buy the idea of following people since people can just follow blindly without reading them. i mean how hard is it to follow someone?
as i mentioned above, here it's more of a photoblog, tumblelog*, and not so much of a diary typed personal blog. Therefore you dont see emo-emo imba long or deep thoughts here. short sentences i write are just as meaningful as those many words you write :P and Pictures is how i express things. so perhaps there are actually 'substances' in the pictures which you only viewed for 3 seconds?
btw, substances...hmm...im sure in some of my old posts, there are some in it. Perhaps its because you are all new readers and i update quite(not really actually :P) often therefore what you were expecting for has been hidden in many of the short updates :P
so can i influence people?
good one. maybe not. but i hope people understands the hidden messages (if there are any :P) in every post.
i share on things that interests me, my works/products and things that i come across...so there aren't much content that can influence people since it doesn't cater much emotions here.
totally random and unrelated picture :P
if you manage to read up to this point, i might treat you ice-cream. LOL!
so you're saying your blog is good? prove to me with the statistics :)
